Non-Refundable Tuition & Fees Policy

Royal Truck Training Academy (“the Academy”) maintains a clear and transparent Non-Refundable Tuition and Fees Policy to

ensure students understand their financial commitments prior to enrollment. This policy applies to all programs, courses, and

training services offered by the Academy.

2. Tuition Payments (Non-Refundable After Enrollment)

Once a student signs the Enrollment Agreement and the program begins, all training paid becomes non-refundable. This

includes:

  • Up-front tuition payment
  • Employer-sponsored or third-party payments

Students are responsible for the full cost of the program once training begins.

3. Student-Initiated Withdrawal

If a student voluntarily withdraws before the course start date, only deposit may be refunded, provided the student submits written

notice at least 5 days prior to the start date.

If a student withdraws on or after the course start date, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Personal scheduling conflicts
  • Transportation issues
  • Change of interest or career goals
  • Health conditions

4. Dismissal or Termination by the Academy

If a student is dismissed for, behavioural, or safety violations, no refund will be issued, and the student remains responsible for

any outstanding training balance.

5. Program Rescheduling

Students may request to reschedule, subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed.

Rescheduling does not entitle the student to a refund.6. Failure to Attend / No-Show Policy

Students who fail to attend the course on the scheduled start date without prior written communication will be considered no-shows.

No-show students forfeit all payments and may be required to re-pay full tuition to enroll in a future training session.

7. Third-Party or Government Funding

Payments made by external funders (employers, etc.) are subject to the funding agency’s rules; however, the Academy’s

non-refundable policy still applies, and students are responsible for any portion not covered by the funder.

8. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event the Academy must reschedule training due to weather, emergencies, or operational issues, training will be

rescheduled, not refunded

9. Acknowledgment

By signing the Enrollment Agreement, the student acknowledges that:

  • They have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Refundable Policy.
  • They understand that once training begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
  • They assume full financial responsibility for all tuition and fees.
